Many cellular Ca2+-stimulated signalling cascades utilise the intermediate, calmodulin (CaM). The Ca2+/CaM complex binds and activates a variety of enzymes, including members of the multifunctional Ca2+/calmodulin-stimulated protein kinase (CaMK) family. These enzymes control a broad range of cancer-related functions in a multitude of tumour types. Herein, we explore the cancer-related functions of these kinases and discuss their potential as targets for therapeutic intervention.]]> Tue 25 Oct 2022 13:45:27 AEDT ]]> Targeting the two-pore channel 2 in cancer progression and metastasis https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:51777 Mon 18 Sep 2023 15:11:15 AEST ]]> Glioblastoma multiforme: an overview of emerging therapeutic targets https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:39977 Fri 22 Jul 2022 11:56:18 AEST ]]> Targeting the two-pore channel 2 in cancer progression and metastasis https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:51695 Fri 15 Sep 2023 09:43:05 AEST ]]>
